CLASS SCHEDULE

Customized 1:1 training sessions are available at two locations, downtown Toronto or Stouffville, which are open 7 days a week offering weekday and weekend sessions.

Training sessions for small groups are also available either at our locations or at a client’s site, which is available upon request.
